Make the world better with a sweater

It’s that time of year when a variety of versions of Dickens’ Christmas Carol are being watched, depicting the accountant miser Ebenezer Scrooge of Scrooge & Marley finding the Christmas Spirt.
Well here at Scott & Wilkinson we have Christmas Spirit by the sleigh load, Friday 12 December saw the entire staff don their Christmas Jumpers as part of Save the Children’s “Make the World Better with a Sweater” day.
With raffles & donations we raised £314 which when matched by the government, gives a fantastic £628 for this worthy cause.
This completes our fundraising activities for 2014 adding to the £131 for Macmillan cancer support and £400 for Children in Need we raised from our office cake sales and raffle.
