Bookkeeper/Trainee Bookkeeper

An opportunity has arisen for a bookkeeper to join our friendly team.  The team has responsibility for implementing new bookkeeping systems, maintaining bookkeeping records and completing VAT Returns.

This is a full time role with all the necessary training being provided, including potential to study towards professional bookkeeping qualifications.

The job will involve getting to know and use the full range of bookkeeping applications.  This will range from entering data into manual records and Excel cashbooks and processing transactions on the latest desktop and cloud software solutions.

The successful applicant will ultimately be allocated a small portfolio of clients and will be expected to manage their own workflow.  They will also be expected to assist fellow team members when workloads necessitate.
