Sheep Show Raises Funds For Stroke Unit at RLI.

Last Thursday was the day for the 2019 Hornby Sheepdog and Sheep Show. A favourite for many local sheep farmers, both young and 'more experienced'.
It was our pleasure to be the sponsors of this great event, and Partner Tim Preece was in attendance, along with team member Andrew Wright.
"We had a really good day, the weather was brilliant with record sheep entries and a great crowd of people who came to support us", writes Margaret Wright, Show and Society Secretary.
Each year the show raises money for a nominated local cause, and this year the Stroke Unit at Royal Lancaster Infirmary has been chosen. With proceeds from the show, a forthcoming Tractor Run and October's famous Wray Coffee Morning, the donation is set to exceed £3,000.
