Talking MTD With Ulverston NFU.

Talking MTD With Ulverston NFU.
We were delighted when the Ulverston branch of the NFU invited Paul Wilkinson and Richard Proudlove to deliver a presentation on Making Tax Digital at their Broughton in Furness office on Monday 25 February.
Approximately 20 NFU clients from the Furness district were in attendance to listen to the presentation in order to understand the impact that Making Tax Digital for VAT will have on them from April 2019.
The session was interactive with clients having the opportunity to ask questions and make comments throughout. Key topics covered were what Making Tax Digital means, how the new MTD VAT submission will work, the software choices that are available and the impact of living in remote areas with limited broadband and mobile phone signal will have on the new digital requirements.
Many thanks to everyone who came along. It was a most enjoyable session.
With the introduction of MTD just around the corner, if you have any questions or need support in preparing for the changes, please call us on 01524 67111 and arrange to meet a member of our specialist team.
