Get Ready for the National Minimum Wage Increase

Employers - Don’t forget that the National Minimum Wage (and National Living Wage) rates are increasing on 1 April 2024.

Also, from 1 April 2024, the National Living Wage will be extended to workers aged 21 and over (previously only for age 23 and over).

Those aged 21 and over must now be paid at least £11.44 per hour (previously £10.42 per hour).
