Children in Need 2018

It is nearly that time of year again, when here at Scott & Wilkinson we all get baking, devour mountains of cake and raise lots of money.
This year, Children in Need falls on 16th November but, due to popular demand, our very popular cake sale will run from Monday to Friday and the splendid annual tombola will be taking place towards the end of the week. Among the prizes on offer will be bottles of fizz, mouth watering truffles and lots of other goodies. Something for everyone.
One of the week's highlights will be the auction of a 70cl bottle of Loch Lomond Single Grain Whiskey. A HUGE thank you to the very kind person who donated it.
Over the past six years, Scott & Wilkinson have raised £2,900 for this worthy cause and we are determined that this year we will break the £3,000 barrier and hope to reach the £3,500 milestone.
Don't forget to stock up on your baking ingredients!

Today’s Spring Budget was surprisingly bold. Despite limited fiscal room for manoeuvre, the Chancellor was nonetheless able to fund several welcome tax-saving measures for small businesses and workers alike.
